Winter is coming, at our “Northern Landscapes” concert

Join Penthelia Singers for a concert inspired by the delights and magic of winter. Music for women’s choir from Scandinavia, Northern Europe, and across Canada include, Snowforms, Let It Go (from the movie Frozen), Frobisher Bay, Chasing the Northern Lights and many more. 2014 Spring Concert: A Tribute to Canadian Folk

Penthelia Arranging Contest Winner!

Congratulations to Lucas M. Oikle (lucasoikle.com) winner of the Penthelia Student Arranging Contest 2013/14.  Penthelia Singers will debut Lucas’ arrangement of Farewell to Nova Scotia at our “Tribute to Canadian Folk” concert on June 4. Thank you to the Rotary Club of Toronto for sponsoring the $500 prize for this competition.

Happy New Year! Penthelia Singers had a very successful wrap-up to 2013. We had a busy concert season, singing in our Dancing Day concert, as well as seasonal music at the Sunnybrook Veterans wing, the Bayer Toronto holiday party and our own seasonal sing-along fundraiser.
